At Oasis Hotels & Resorts the priority is always the safety and hygiene of both our guests and staff. For years we have complied with strict health and safety standards and protocols and, due to the Covid-19, all measures have been reinforced and new ones added, with the sole objective of ensuring that our guests can feel free and safe during their holidays in any of our Resorts. Safe Vacations
Most of our hotels are located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, one of the most guarded and secure areas in all of Mexico. The fundamental pillar of Cancun's economy is tourism, so the government is concerned about keeping the entire zone extremely guarded, to ensure the safety of visitors and thus increase the flow of visitors. In Cancun you will come to enjoy the paradisiacal beaches, the excellent gastronomy and its many and diverse landscapes and traditions. We will make sure that your vacation is safe for you and for all of your loved ones.
Hotel Safety
At Oasis Hotels & Resorts we have always had measures and qualified personnel for security, but due to the current situation these security measures have been extended. All our security staff have certificates and specific training for any type of situation. We know that your holiday is about relaxing, not thinking about safety, and for this reason we have expanded our security staff and trained them for situations of possible positives or people with symptoms of Covid-19.
Safety Measures in Hotels
To cope with the Covid-19 pandemic, many changes have been made both in operation and in hygiene and cleanliness. All these changes are part of the safety measures being taken in all our hotels. We do not want to disturb our guests to enjoy themselves, but we want to ensure that their enjoyment is out of danger.
